In Vicario all workers get the opportunity to develop their skills. Through certified instructors we make sure that our workers get the right training in all vital areas with focus on health, environment, and safety. Those of our workers that have trade certificates and other documentation from foreign countries, will get training and courses based on Norwegian standards.
